What are the delivery options for online purchases?

When you buy online, we provide a range of convenient delivery options so you can get your purchases when you want. At checkout, we’ll show you the available options and delivery cost based on the items in your cart and where you need them delivered. We offer 3 delivery options so you can choose the one that best suits you!

  1. Click & Collect: Collect your items in 2 hours at any one of our stores. This is a free service no minimum purchase is required. For our Sydney stores, there are some changes. To help you shop safely, we’ve added a few changes in line with NSW Government requirements, including mask-wearing, checking in and vaccination certificates being mandatory to enter our stores, unless medically exempt and until further notice. For those that aren't exempt or vaccinated, we still have a contactless click and collect option available. To learn more about contactless click and collect, please click here. For our Victorian stores. To help you shop safely, we’ve added a few changes in line with Victorian Government requirements, including mask-wearing and mandatory check-in.

2) Standard Delivery:

This is the cheapest option depending on the size of the item. The estimated delivery date will vary as this depends on where you live and where the item is shipping from.

Australia Post eParcel (2 – 20 days): Depending on the size and weight of your item(s) we use Australia Post. As we use Shippit, they will send tracking update notifications once they have accepted the delivery. If you’re not home for your delivery Australia Post will send you a notification with an alternate delivery point which is usually your nearest post office or an Australia Post collection hub. Most of the orders will travel via Australia Post, unless you live metro Sydney and some locations in Victoria.

3) Virtual Carrier Service Delivery:

LYNE DIRECT ( 2 - 5 DAYS): Lyne Plus aggregates metro deliveries to create a technology-enabled, premium last-mile delivery experience, covering 75% demand in Australian metro and capital areas. Real-time etas with live GPS tracking.

4) Courier Delivery:

TNT (3 – 15 days): Depending on the size and weight of your item(s) we also use TNT who will send tracking update notifications through Shippit once they have accepted the delivery. If you are not home TNT will send you a notification to organise a new proposed time and will be taken to the nearest depot.

Keep in mind we are offering free shipping on orders over $150, excluding bulky orders. A 'bulky product/order' is defined as a product that is longer than 1m, heavier than 22kg in weight. On another note, the above timeframes are an estimate, we suggest expecting up to 4-week delays.
