I did not receive an email with the $20 discount code. What should I do?

So sorry to hear that you haven't received your sign up discount code. Sometimes it can take some time. Please wait up to 15 mins for the email to be sent.

  • Please check your junk & spam folders, as sometimes the email will be received there. Note, the sender of this email is “contact.australia@decathlon.com”.
  • Please make sure you have fully completed your registration. All details need to be filled in.
  • If you have entered your mobile phone number without the 0, please also try your full mobile number starting with "04" as well.
  • If all these steps have been attempted please contact our team via live chat (bottom right of the decathlon.com.au website between 9am-6pm), and we'll try to "reset" the form for you.
  • If none of these steps solve it, we'll investigate the issue and come back to you with a solution via email - we really do apologise and appreciate your patience if you've got this far!

Please note that your welcome voucher is valid 24 hours from sign update, just in time for your second purchase. So if you di receive your voucher on the day and can't use it, it is simply because you need to wait 24 hours.
