Once your order has been processed at one of our Decathlon stores, a booking for the delivery and installation of your order will be organised by Decathlon - this can take up to 48 hours to be created. You’ll receive a phone call within 4 hours after your booking for the order from our partners at InstallEzi has been created - they’ll arrange a date and time with you. Usually it will take place within 3-5 business days of you placing your order if they’ve been in contact with you.
