I didn't receive all my goods

Decathlon’s fulfilment process is sometimes completed at multiple store locations, so some orders will arrive in 2 or more shipments due to not all items from your order being available from 1 store. This will be identifiable when placing your order, with our shipping page breaking down your order by parcel, so you’ll be made aware of this when placing your order. You will be notified by us too via your order confirmation email, which will breakdown your order via parcel, along with letting you know of your orders progression and tracking. However, if you do not hear from us and your order is incomplete upon arrival please reach out to our Customer Service team at ‘contact.australia@decathlon.com' and they will help organise a reshipment depending on stock availability.
