Previous purchases & invoices

Effective from March 5, 2024, we've introduced an update to our website that enables customers to access their purchase history for both online and in-store transactions. To view your purchase history, simply log into your membership on our website and select 'Purchase History.' Please note that if you created a membership with us before this date, your previous purchases may not be visible online. If you require documentation or proof of purchase for transactions made prior to March 5, 2024, don't worry! Reach out to our Customer Service team at contact.australia@decathlon.com, and they will assist you in providing the necessary invoices.
