I have an issue with my fitness machine.

a. Order ID
b. Detailed problem description and pictures/videos of it

Depending on whether the item in questions was purchased in-store or online, we can offer multiple solutions to ensure the fitness machine is either repaired, replaced or refunded depending on it's warranty period.
