Click & Collect is an easy way to buy online and pick up your items from your local Decathlon store. Plus it's FREE!
How to use Click & Collect:
Once you have added your desired items to your cart, you can select in your cart if you wish to have your product delivered or placed for Click and Collect. It will confirm at this stage if the stock is available at your desired location. The next step, pay and complete your order, that’s it! The store will pick your order and get them ready for collection during the store opening hours.
Please note: Click & Collect is offered subject to availability and depends on the type of product you're purchasing, for example, some orders for large items cannot be picked up at any of our external locations, i.e. Fitzroy and the Surfboard Warehouse.
Orders are usually ready for collection within 1 business hour after purchase. Please note that during busy periods and weekends, your order may take longer than 1 hour.
For click and collect locations outside of Decathlon stores, your order will be ready for collection within 2 - 5 business days.
What to bring when collecting your order:
Proof of purchase: Including a reference to your order number, your order confirmation email or SMS will have this.
Valid physical photo ID: Current driver's license or passport.
When you get in-store, head to the main helpdesk and our lovely team will help you.
