How long will it take for my click and collect order to be ready?

Decathlon Australia offers a 1 hour click and collect service at each of our Experience stores across Sydney and Melbourne if your order is placed before 4pm. We also offer click and collects to be collected from our Convenience Stores located in Sydney if you’re not located close to one of our Experience stores. These typically take 24 business hours to be processed and delivered to our external click and collect locations. A timeframe will be provided to you at our checkout as an estimated time as to when your order will be ready to collect, plus you will receive a collection notification email from us to let you know that your order is ready! Please know if your external click and collect order is placed on a Friday, the next delivery will be on Monday as we do not have deliveries available over the weekend.
