Our policies are the same regardless of how you make your purchase. For Decathlon members you have a lifetime to return your order, as long as it meets the return requirements (aka: products is unused, in resalable condition and has all original tags intact). If you are a non-member with us, you have 60 days to return. We do not offer exchanges for our in-store and online purchases. If you would like to swap an item within your order, a refund will be processed and the replacement product can be repurchased within a separate transaction inline with your membership status.
