How long will you hold onto my order if I cannot come and pick it up?

All click and collect orders are available for collection up to 2 weeks after the order was placed, however we are always able to extend this period. If you need an extension on your collection period please contact our customer service team at: ‘contact.australia@decathlon.com’ and they will happily assist you with extending this date.
