Can I change my address on my order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to change or edit any aspect of an order once it has been placed, so we cannot change your delivery address once your order has been confirmed. Customers are able to change their address themselves for orders being delivered with Australia Post via the Australia Post app across all stages of delivery, meaning changes can be done up until 'out for delivery' status. This can be done by entering the tracking link connected to the impacted order and logging into the Australia Post app. If you need any assistance with this process please reach out to our Customer Service team via ‘contact.australia@decathlon.com’.
