Can I cancel my order?

If you have placed a Click and Collect order and it has not yet been collected we can cancel your order for you by contacting our Customer Service team via ‘contact.australia@decathlon.com’.

Orders for delivery cannot be cancelled or changed once you have received your order confirmation email. If you wish to receive a cancellation this will be treated as a return and refund after your order has been delivered. Please create a return request via your purchase history once logged in on our website, then contact our Customer Service team at ‘contact.australia@decathlon.com’ and they will provide you with a return label to have the items sent back to us. Upon your orders arrival back at one of our stores, a refund will be processed back to your original form of payment. This can take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.
