Can I cancel my order?

If you have placed a Click and Collect order and it has not yet been collected we can cancel your order for you by contacting our Customer Service team via ‘’.

Orders for delivery cannot be cancelled or changed once you have received your order confirmation email. If you wish to receive a cancellation this will be treated as a return and refund after your order has been delivered. Please create a return request via your purchase history once logged in on our website, then contact our Customer Service team at ‘’ and they will provide you with a return label to have the items sent back to us. Upon your orders arrival back at one of our stores, a refund will be processed back to your original form of payment. This can take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.
