If your order is yet to be processed by our fulfilment teams you will be able to cancel your order within your account by selecting the order you're looking to cancel within your purchase history once logged in on our website. If the 'Cancel Order' option does not appear, this means that your order is unable to be cancelled. Similarly, any online exclusive orders cannot be cancelled within your account directly, however we can always reach out to the 3rd party sellers to see if cancellation of the order can be done.
Orders for delivery cannot be cancelled or changed once you have received your order confirmation email. If you wish to receive a cancellation this will be treated as a return and refund after your order has been delivered. Please create a return request via your purchase history once logged in on our website, then contact our Customer Service team at ‘contact.australia@decathlon.com’ and they will provide you with a return label to have the items sent back to us. Upon your orders arrival back at one of our stores, a refund will be processed back to your original form of payment. This can take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.
