Will I be able to return goods purchased via a Decathlon gift card?

Yes. If you return an item purchased with a Decathlon Gift Card the refund amount will be credited back to a separate gift card. This is applicable for both online and in-store purchases. For in-store purchases our tills team will reimburse this amount back to a new gift card to be used when the item/s are returned in-store. For online orders, you will receive a new gift card to your email credited with the refunded amount. Please know that gift cards not supplied by Decathlon (eg: ACTIVE gift cards and Visa gift cards) can only be reimbursed via the original provider.
