How to return an Online Exclusive order originally sold by one of our partner brands?

If you’re looking to return an online exclusive item purchased on our website please know that these items will follow a different returns policy as they are processed and shipped by our partner brands. All online exclusive items have a returns policy of 15 days. Please reach out to our Customer Service team at 'contact.australia@decathlon.com' and they will create a message thread with the original seller to ensure you receive a swift return.

Please know that Decathlon will not accept any Online Exclusive items to be returned. These must be returned to the original seller.
