How do I return an online order?

Online returns can be created via our website within your purchase history once logged in to your membership account with us.
If your order was placed after the 5th March 2024, please locate the order you’re looking to return within your purchase history once logged in to your online account with us on our website. Click ‘Create a Return’ on the respective order then follow the steps provided to lodge this within our system. You will see 2 options, either ‘Drop at store’ or ‘Contact Customer Service for Shipping Options’. If you select to return your items via store drop off, please bring your item/s to your closest Decathlon store and a refund will be processed on arrival back to your original form of payment.

If you select to return your item/s via post, please reach out to our Customer Service team at ‘contact.australia@decathlon.com’ after you have created your return on our website and they will initiate the creation of your return label. Place your returning item/s inside the returning parcel with the returns label on the outside, then just drop this off at your local post office to be sent back to us. Once your return has arrived back to one of our stores your refund will be processed back to your original form of payment.
