Online returns can be created via our website within your purchase history once logged in to your membership account with us.
If your order was made prior to 5th March 2024 and has an order number containing 6-numerical digits please create your return via this link: ‘https://decathlon.returnlogic.com/’. After you have created your return slip please place this along with your returning items inside the returning parcel and email the Customer Service team at ‘contact.australia@decathlon.com’ to receive your return label. Then just take your parcel to your closest post office to be sent back to one of our stores. Upon its arrival a refund will be processed back to your original form of payment. This can take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.
If your order was placed after the 5th March 2024 and has an order number starting with AU followed by 10 letters and numbers, please locate the order you’re looking to return within your purchase history once logged in to your online account with us on our website. Click ‘Create a Return’ on the respective order then follow the steps provided to lodge this within our system. You will see 2 options, either ‘Drop at store’ or ‘Contact Customer Service for Shipping Options’. If you select to return your items via store drop off, please bring your item to your closest Decathlon store and a refund will be processed on arrival back to your original form of payment.
If you select to return your item/s via post, please reach out to our Customer Service team at ‘contact.australia@decathlon.com’ after you have created your return on our website and they will initiate the creation of your return label. Place your returning item/s inside the returning parcel with the returns label on the outside, then just drop this off at your local post office to be sent back to us. You will receive your refund 3-5 business days after the return is initiated back to your original form of payment.
