How do I return an in-store purchase?

Returns for purchases made at a physical Decathlon store can only be returned and refunded in-store. Please bring your returning item/s back to your closest Decathlon store and our team in-store will be able to provide you with a refund. Please know that we do not do direct exchanges for any returning items, however a new purchase can be made in-store if you're looking to replace the original item/s purchased.

If you have a membership with us, we can always locate your previous purchases via your account, so no worries if you're unable to locate your original receipt. If you are not a member with us, please ensure to bring your physical receipt or proof of purchase when seeking a return and refund.
