How do I return an in-store purchase?

Returns for purchases made at a physical Decathlon store can only be processed in-store. Please bring your returning item/s back to your closest Decathlon store and our team in-store will be able to provide you with a refund or exchange. No worries if you cannot locate your original receipt, we will be able to locate your purchase via your Decathlon membership.
