We totally understand that sometimes it simply isn't possible to get back to one of our stores where you previously purchased from. In these cases, if you are outside a 50 kilometre radius of your nearest store, the return shipping process is the same as for online purchases. Please reach out to our Customer Service team at ‘contact.australia@decathlon.com’ and let them know of the returning item along with images of the item/s as well as your address so they can provide you with a shipping label. We may be able to provide you with a refund via a manual process or provide you with an online-only discount code with the amount associated with the returning product/s. This information only relates to returning purchases made in-store directly to one of our stores.
